I never thought I would ever be mentioning Oprah and the Kardashians in the same sentence , but that has changed today the talk show host/ media icon has held an interview with the whole Kardashian clan .
With the entire clan appearing on "Oprah's Next Chapter" this Sunday on OWN, some are overjoyed to find out more about the bunch. Others feel the talk show host is only trying to use this as a ploy to get more viewers.
In a short blog accompanied by a group photo of the blended family and Ms. Winfrey in the their LA home, she explains just why she wanted to interview them.
The media icon says she has never met the family nor watched the show, blogged:
"I genuinely wanted to know why they have become a cultural phenomenon? Why do so many people love to watch their every move and why do so many others love to hate them. Are they completely ego centered? Are they really "famous for being famous" or is there something more?"
There wasn't one question she held back. Oprah continued:
"This interview I'd say was another level of forthrightness and honesty. Who surprised me the most? Scott. Lamar and Khloe. Kim.Everyone who's asked was the marriage a publicity stunt? Why did she leave after 72 days? Her answer leveled me."
