The Disney star's rep has confirmed with a statement saying that "
Demi has decided to accept personal responsibility for her actions and seek help .
Demi and her family ask that media please respect their privacy during this difficult time . She regrets not being able to finish the tour , but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future . "
A source also told E! news that the actress/singer has struggled with
bulimia and it is among her
