It seems that Christina Aguilera has moved on from soon to be ex- husband Jordan Bratman because the singer was spotted at the restaurant the Abbey in Los Angeles , California on Wednesday with Burlesque set assistant Matthew Rutler .
A rep from the Abbey stated : " She and Matthew were seen making out most of the night . "
